Return & Refund Policy – Medinye

At Medinye, we strive to provide high-quality natural products such as Tulsi Honey and Shilajit. Due to the nature of these consumable products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product is defective or leaking

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).


2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste or personal preference issues

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Return Pickup

  • In case of eligible returns, we will arrange a pickup from your address
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the product to us

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
