At Medinye, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring the quality of our natural products like Tulsi Honey and Shilajit.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
• A nominal charge of ₹50 is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
• You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.

5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
• If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us (RTO).

7. Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high demand periods.
• Medinye is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
